The Goal of AlexaArt Photography is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

All pinup glamour photo-sessions have the option to be paid in full at the time of booking, or can be booked by paying the requested deposit.  Balance must be paid in full the day before your scheduled photo-session.  

If you have paid a deposit for a photo-session, all deposits are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this policy.  If you need to change your appointment date, you may do so within 24 hours advance notice. If you book a session and reschedule 3 times without 24 hours notice, we will not consider another future booking with you.

     If you have paid for your session in full prior to your session date and need to reschedule, please notify AlexaArt within 48 hours of your photo-session. If you decide you can't attend your session for emergencies/unseen circumstances and want a refund without a reschedule, a 50% refund will be issued within 14 business days. 
No refunds will be issued for post photo-sessions, no exceptions. 

Due to bad weather conditions, there are no additional charges for a reschedule.
